A very versatile fresh wort kit, traditionally you need to chill a lager during fermentation, don’t worry if you don’t have a chiller, we have a yeast option for you that doesn’t require fermenting at the lower temperatures.
Also included are the recommend additives including, Mangrove Jack's Craft Series M54 California Lager Yeast, Finishing Hops - Hallertau 15g , Mangrove Jack's Dry Enzyme.
